Our Little Ninjas program offer our students an introduction to Tang Soo Do. We keep the classes fun and focus on respect for others and self control. This class takes place on Mondays and Fridays at 5:30-6:00 Pm

Our Tang Soo Do class focuses on both real life self-defense scenarios and traditional martial arts technique and philosophy. Our program was designed to build up and improve your self confidence through the development of martial arts skills and abilities. This class takes place on Mondays and Fridays at 6:15 Pm and Wednesdays at 5:30 Pm

Our Tang Soo Do class focuses on advanced self defense techniques to include situational awareness, street defense and ground defense. Emphasis will also be placed on refinement of forms, sparring, breaking and techniques. This class takes place on Mondays and Fridays at 7:Pm and Wednesdays at 6:15 Pm
